Our Rooms
At 16 Havelock Bed and Breakfast we offer three rooms in total and depending on which room takes your fancy or suits your needs, the choice is yours. All rooms have luxurious down duvets, Freeview TV, hair dryer. All towels supplied.
As you would have noticed in the photos, we have cats. Just in case you have cat allergies, rest assured they are locked out of the rooms at all times, the guest rooms are 100% cat free zones.
Serene
Our Garden View room offers the full afternoon sun and is situated on the Eastern corner of the house. It is the perfect room to soak up the ambiance of our tranquil surrounds and soak up the afternoon rays. It is has a King size single bed.

Sanctuary
Sanctuary is located in the western corner of the house. It offers a luxuriously appointed Queen bed for (one or two people) and seclusion from the rest of the house. This is the best room for couples that might want to have a sleep in in the morning, quiet.

Seabreeze
The first room you'll find when you walk in the front door, it is our most luxuriously appointed and spacious room. Seabreeze is perfectly positioned to pick up any kind of seabreeze while at the same time sheltered from the southerlies.
It comes set as two King Single beds for a twin share arrangement or can be set as a California King sized bed. If you would like a Californian King set-up please send me an email to confirm that you would like a "California King".
